Stars like Hugh Jackman and William Shatner have already participated in the Feeling Nuts Challenge, which you can follow online with the hashtag  Why raise awareness about testicular cancer? Unlike some other cancers, this one typically affects young men, with an average age of diagnosis of 33, according to the American Cancer Society (ACS). Fortunately, it is highly treatable if caught early. Men who have cryptorchidism, or an undescended testicle, are at increased risk, along with those with a family history of cancer. White men are at highest risk, followed by Latinos, Asian Americans and blacks, according to the ACS. So if you join the Feeling Nuts Challenge, get checked and see a doctor if something seems wrong.

They see someone of color who is doing very well and there is another person who is not of color and who is not doing so well, that is where the conflict begins. —How do Special Database you prevent racist acts within a team? The truth is, since there aren't those kinds of things between us, it's not something we talk about much. The person who says something like that to me wouldn't even offend me, because I'm not really sorry. I always insist on education from home, and if they tell you something, what are you going to do, you're not going to start fighting or anything like that. As far as I remember, in my entire career, I have never experienced racism or discrimination. Between us we have an internal discipline and we are older people, professionals, we think, but we are aware that people can say anything to you in the stadium and we should not take it as if it were for you; Obviously, tell the board, explain the case to them, but in reality it is up to oneself to behave in those moments.

How serious is the problem of racism in Mexican soccer? The truth in Mexico is not so much, there have been some cases but it is because they want to be funny. When they are in the stadium they want to be funny by being with their friends or in the opposing team's bar. I take it that way, although it's not right, they want to be funny. —How can receiving a racist insult affect a footballer? Millions of things have been yelled at me, from all over the world, and the truth depends on your personality. I am in love with my color and I love it, no matter what they say, I will always be in love with my color. Thank God no one in my family has gone through that, who knows how they will react in those moments, I just pray to God that it never happens.
